March 5, 2005: Saskatoon-based MD Ambulance donated a V-10 ambulance to CMAT today. The ambulance will be used as part of a new national and international disaster response initiative being developed by CMAT. Stay tuned to our website for further details.

February 28, 2005: CMAT announced today that B.C. based Central Mountain Air - http://www.flycma.com/ - has supported CMAT's CMAT teams to Indonesia. It provided transportation and air cargo to the first medical mission to Indonesia. CMAT is grateful for their support.

February 28, 2005: Canadian Tire in Courtenay, B.C. - http://www.canadiantire.ca/ - donated over $500 worth of supplies to CMAT's CMAT team to Indonesia. CMAT is grateful for their generous support.

Monday, May 24, 2004:
CMAT supports Student Nursing Team from B.C.
 
  May 24, 2004: CMAT announced today that it has funded an eight student nursing team traveling to the island kingdom of Tonga in the south Pacific.

The nursing students from Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada are presently in Tonga conducting health screening projects for diabetes, heart disease, and well woman/child care. CMAT supported the team with a donation of over $6000 worth of medications, and $1500 worth of medical supplies.

CMAT helps fund student groups wishing to implement health and relief projects at home and overseas.
